"Here is a little enlightenment for people who think beauty pageant is about dance, party or carnivals. Beauty pageant is a social responsibility program that empowers and build confidence of both genders that’s why we have male and female pageants. A beauty Queen or King is an ambassador for positive impact in the society and they effective in delivering the duties of portfolios which they have selected.

"A beauty Queen or King can choose a portfolio on insecurity, rape, poverty alleviation, adult education, agriculture expansion for the youths and so on and this is what he or she will promote and work on throughout his or her tenure.

"A beauty Queen or King is recognized all over the world ,as a matter of fact application for visa into other countries for a beauty Queen or King is considered 85% itch free because of the recognition they do enjoy.

"The Former Face Of Osun Queen in 2013 Queen Oluseyi Afolabi a graduate of Law from Obafemi Awolowo University visited the USA itch free after her crowning in 2013 and she made impacts within her powers during her tenure Women are not objects of sexualisation or justification of inferiority, they are great humans of intelligence, charisma and diplomacy.

"We have a lot of great beauty Queens in Nigeria who have made impact positively in the world one of them is Agbani Darego who won the title of Miss World I bet some of us don’t know that the founder and director of Miss World Beauty Pageant is Fmr USA President Donald Trump and even while he was President the pageant held without any issues.

"My personality as the the founder and Director of Face Of Osun Pageant since 2012 has given the opportunity to meet great people from across the world and it’s through this great work that we founded An NGO with Miss Osun 2014 International Youth Peace Conference Nigeria and later we held the conference in USA Las Vegas and Atlanta through the help of partners from USA.

"When you hear about beauty pageant, understand it’s not about dance, it’s a civic and social responsibility, transforming lives and impacting lives. It is a shift in position from nothing to something that’s why you see that all the contestants talk about one portfolio or the other it’s not about beauty it’s about personality and intelligence.

"I will therefore implore all and sundry to rally round and support this great innovative project which has been existing for the past 9 years".
