The Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, Telu I, on Saturday tied the nuptial knot with a new wife, Princess Firdauz Abdullahi.
The monarch had earlier in a release shared beautiful photographs of the new queen, a Kano Princess, with the tag 'Queen Firdaus of Iwoland'.
The wedding ceremony, IFECITYBLOG learned was held at the residence of the Madakin Kano, Yola Quarters, Kano, Northwest, Nigeria.
Further details gathered indicated that a reception strictly for ladies was held at the palace of the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Bayero.
