Video showing a woman creating a scene at a commercial bank in Lagos for her inability to withdraw cash has gone viral.
The unidentified lady was seen in the video screaming on top of her voice and demanding that her account be closed down and the cash given to her.
She narrated how her children could not go to school as a result of the unavailability of cash.
This incident is coming on the heels of the recent change of the major denominations of the nation's currency by its apex Bank.
Many people have expressed displeasure over the move to withdraw the old notes from circulation without making the new notes available in sufficient quantity.
The regulatory Bank has earlier announced January 31st, 2023 as deadline for the return of old notes to bank before extending it to February 10th after series of pressure from different quarters.
