Ifunanya Excel Grant aka Baddest Lawyer has replied the Nigerian Bar Association days after the body filed a petition against her before the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee over her social media lifestyle.
The NBA centered its petition on her “social media notoriety of posting photos and videos of her unclad, while also allegedly smoking marijuana.”
Ifunanya on Thursday responded to the petition in a post shared on her Facebook page, saying she is indeed a lawyer but has never preacticed the profession and is not certain when she will practice.
She mentioned that she is now an actress, model and aspiring musician. She added that all the controversial contents posted on Twitter were not by her as she has never been on the mirco-blogging site.
“My official statement to the NBA And Nigerians. Please I’m not the one on Twitter I have never been in Twitter.
I have been silent for so long because I’m not the type to talk too much but it’s finally time I speak up & clear my name.
"Dearest @Nigerianbar I don’t bother anyone. I’m a model, actress and musician and all I do is live, mind my business and chase my dreams. Please, kindly leave me alone. Thanks” she wrote
