Nigerian music star David Adeleke, known professionally as Davido recently at the ongoing Dubai 2020 Expo showed the world his love for visual Arts as he placed order for a beautiful metal sculptural art piece with a Nigerian artist, Dotun Popoola.
The artist had taken to his instagram page to share moment of his interaction with the music icon at the world art exhibition.
The award-winning Nigerian metal sculptor revealed that Davido who recently took delivery of his newly cleared Lamborghini was so impressed when he came in contact with his work and immediately deciding to put money on it.
The singer stated that he planned to place the art edifice at one of his houses located at Banana Island, Lagos.
"@davido and @dotunpopo "he said how much is this horse I wan buy am NOW for my house in banana!!!!!!!", he posted.
Expo 2020 is a World Expo, currently hosted by Dubai in the United Arab Emirates from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022.
The Expo was originally scheduled for 20 October 2020 to 10 April 2021 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
