The Management of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State has announced Monday, 14th day of March, 2022 as the new date for the institution's 2021/2022 Matriculation Ceremony.
The Public Relations Officer of the University, Mr. Abiodun Olarewaju, made this known in a statement on Wednesday, adding that the ceremony will be conducted between 2pm and 6pm on the said date.
The University had earlier scheduled the event to hold on Wednesday, 9th March, 2022 but was suspended in a statement on Monday, noting that it was in the interest of all.
All mariculating statement, according to the statement, are to get in touch with the Secretaries of their respective Faculties for the collection of academic gowns and other formal details of the ceremony.
The University Management congratulated all the new students and wish them success in their academic pursuits.
