Last week Friday was unarguably one of the biggest day in the city of Ile-Ife as the Arole Oduduwa Olofin Adimula Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, the Ooni of Ife received in audience members of the Odogwu Team, the Cubana Group led by their CEO, Obi Cubana alongside other celebrities including Portable, Brodashaggi among others for the official introduction and endorsement seeking of the Cubana's recently launched brand, the Odogwu Bitters.
The Ooni described the billionaire socialite as an astoute businessman who has over the years demonstrated a strong progressive spirit in his entrepreneurial endeavours.
Ooni Ogunwusi particularly lauded Cubana for his love for the Southwest which saw him establishing multimillion naira investment like the Odogwu Bitters factory in Ogun State despite his Eastern origin.
The monarch added that his giant strides in the business environment, creating jobs for thousands of Nigerians especially the youths are highly commendable.
The Ooni further added that Cubana's visit to The Source, Ile-Ife was nothing but a homecoming and used used the occasion to endorse as a son of the soil.
The Ooni then urged Nigerian youths to emulate the Cubana in becoming employers of labour rather than waiting for the non-existing government or private jobs.
The brief moment was spiced up with entertainment performances staged by city cultural entertainers who commanded Cubana and his entourage of celebrities in the Nigerian entertainment scene to an impressive dancing feast.
