As Christians all over the World celebrate Easter, the Ooni of Ife, Arole Oduduwa, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II has described the moment as a season of deep spiritual reverence, urging Christian faithfuls to reflect on the eternal grace of God to love one another.
The Ooni in his Easter message on Sunday, noted that the Easter celebrations present Christians with an opportunity to remember and acknowledge the unconditional love of God towards mankind as he charged them to imbibe the same among themselves irrespective of their differences.
"The season of Easter is one of the most important moments for a lot of our brothers and sisters around the globe. It's a season of deep spiritual reverence.
"As the message of Easter reminds us, it's time for us all to pause, reflect, and acknowledge with gratitude the eternal grace of God to love one another despite our differences. May the brightness of God's love enfold, heal, and transform us as a country throughout this season, and be a constant hope for our future.", Ooni said.
