Popular Ibadan based slay girl, Adeshina Olayinka popularly known as khadi was on Thursday found dead in a hotel in the city in what many people have described as a ritual death.
Olayinka, report says had told her friend she wanted to go and meet with someone in wetland hotel in Akobo on wednesday night unknown to her she would never return.
When early morning on Thursday the man wanted to check out of the hotel, the receptionist had to put a call to Olayinka to confirm her safety, a call she picked and gave permission they should allow the man to go, saying she was just resting and no cause for alarm.
It was reported that one of the receptionists who had the previous night borrowed Olayinka a power bank, went to the room to retrieve the gadget. She knocked the door but no one responded leaving the hotel manager with the option of opening the door with extra key and they found her dead.
Many people had gone online to mourn her death. May her soul rest in peace.
