Nigerian President, Bola Hamed Tinubu was on Thursday evening hosted by the Lagos State Governor, Babajie Sanwo-Olu at an event to mark the president's first official visit to the State since after becoming president.
The event which was hosted in collaboration with the Nigerian Governors Forum, had in attendance dignitaries and prominent political figures including Vice President Kashim Shettima, First Lady Oluremi Tinubu, Former Governors of the State, Akinwumi Ambode and Babatunde Raji Fashola as well as other APC Governors.
President Tinubu who was equally a former Governor of the State ascended the throne as 16th president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on May 29th this year following his victory in the February 25th, 2023 presidential election held in the country.
